Prohibited use

You must not use Paced to:

  • Circumvent security controls. You must not attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or any other security measure on the Paced platform.
  • Interfere with the platform. You must not send automated requests that place unreasonable load on Paced infrastructure, conduct penetration testing without prior written consent, or attempt to reverse-engineer any part of the service.
  • Harvest data. You must not use the service to collect, scrape, or extract data beyond your own account's data.
  • Infringe third-party rights. You must not use the service in a manner that violates intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or applicable law.
  • Resell or sublicense. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to Paced without a written agreement.
  • Unlawful activity. You must not use Paced to facilitate fraud, money laundering, or any illegal activity.
  • Abuse support channels. You must not submit false, abusive, or deliberately misleading support requests.

Your data

You are responsible for the data you enter into Paced. You must:

  • Provide accurate information when creating your account.
  • Only upload or log data that you have the right to share.
  • Not use the service to store unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
  • Comply with all applicable laws in relation to the data you submit.

Enforcement

Paced reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this AUP. Upon finding a violation, we may, at our discretion and without prior notice:

  • Issue a warning and require remediation.
  • Suspend access to some or all features.
  • Terminate your account.
  • Report illegal activity to appropriate authorities.

Paced reserves the right to investigate and act on any misuse it identifies.

We may update this AUP as the platform evolves. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the dashboard.
